Notes

Supported Formats

PhotoBase supports a wide range of formats:

  • Images: .jpeg.jpg.png.gif.heic.heif.bmp.tiff.svg.webp
  • Video: .mp4.avi.mov.mkv.flv.wmv.webm.mpeg.m4v.3gp.ogg.m4v

Please contact the support team for additional formats.

Directory Structure

All imported files will retain their original directory structure, relative to the top-level PhotoBase folder. This applies to files within folders and zip archives.

Known Issues

Incompatible .mov files

Some older .mov files may not be natively supported by Apple's Quicktime player. To watch these videos, use PhotoBase's file fixing feature.
